Open source
Open source, inspectable scoring.
ChangeGraph is MIT-licensed. Clone the repo, run Docker and pnpm, seed fixtures. GitHub is where the source lives.
Manifesto
Correlation you can audit. Causation you keep.
On-call should not depend on a vendor ranking model you cannot inspect. ChangeGraph scores with fixed weights, stores a tenant-scoped graph, and labels FACT vs CORRELATION so a human can disagree.
Offline fixtures A–D and mock integrations work with no provider accounts. Live GitHub, Sentry, and Vercel need only free or developer keys you create. Deterministic scoring always runs. Investigation needs a configured LLM provider and fails closed as not_configured. The in-repo runtime explains a packed, sanitized package.
Deferred work lives in docs/ROADMAP.md.
Local quickstart
Five commands from the repo root
pnpm install cp .env.example .env.local docker compose up -d postgres pnpm db:push && pnpm seed pnpm dev
Full guide: Getting started. Fixtures: A–D.

How to help
01
Run fixtures before you push
pnpm replayandpnpm cicatch ranking and contract regressions. Do not teach the scorer to invent causation.02
New sources are adapters
Add a provider under
src/integrations. Scoring stays provider-agnostic. See contributing docs for the interface.03
Use your GitHub noreply identity
DCO and commit author rules live in CONTRIBUTING. Vulnerability reports go privately through SECURITY.md, never in a public issue.
Get started from the repo
Docker Compose, seed fixtures A–D, and investigate with ranked change candidates, evidence, and Mastra workflows.
